They have stopped giving cashback for contract payment transactions. It is only there for merchant payment transactions.

All the transaction I have done for merchants only yet I didn't get any cashbacks

I feel they should merge Flipkart pay and Super Money and have it both integrated in the flipkart app like Amazon has with Amazon pay and as a standalone app. Why run two payment platforms separately when both are owned by flipkart only?
