After the release of a teaser trailer by Samsung for the Galaxy S IV yesterday, the reliable folks at @eveleaks today have posted the first clear image of the upcoming flagship model on Twitter. Along with the renderings of the Galaxy S IV, the image also displays certain specs of the phone
The render stays true to our previous report about the Galaxy S IV sporting a squarish form-factor ala the Galaxy S II instead of the pebble shape of the Galaxy S III. The specs displayed on the image list a Super AMOLED Full HD screen of unknown size, 16GB/32GB/64GB storage options with a 2GB RAM, a 13-megapixel camera and running on Android 4.2 OS.
Though @eveleaks has a good record with image leaks, the latest set of images should be taken with a pinch of salt, considering how Samsung enjoys leaking false images online before a big launch to keep the rumor mills running. That said, it is best to wait for Samsung’s Unpacked event on March 14 at New York where the South Korean company will finally unveil the Galaxy S IV.
