@Esmail bro and @Prithi Deb bro , I have 781 credit score and have paid cc bill 2 times (got my supercard in March, it's my first credit card, but despite of Having good credit score I am not getting any pre approved offers in Amazon pay, phonpe and Bob world etc, what should I do, is there any need to open new bank account like IndusInd or kotak811, I heard this bank gives many pre approved offers, or I just need to wait , can you guys tell me how you got your first unsecured card.
Pre-Approved offers are "only" provided when you are an existing customer of the bank. Otherwise you won't get pre-approved offers. The easiest way would be to open a account. I got pre-approved offer within a couple of months of opening 811 account.
Otherwise you can try applying for credit card in banks like IDFC (easiest), ICICI, AU Swipe Up, etc. Where you can enter your existing card details and get offers. But I am not sure if Supercard is eligible. You can try.

Applied for it last night and got it instantly, one question i have i am not gonna use more than 2 - 3k should i set autopay or leave as it is will not setting auto pay impact on my credit score?

Also i had one more question as it got apporoved in seconds it seemed soft inquiry or just an credit score check will it affect my credit score.

And lastly if i use this responsibly will it increase my credit score, many people saying that using it made thier credit score low, and if i don't use it it won't have any impact on credit score right ?

This is the worst form of credit, for every usage, there will be separate credit/loan entry in your credit report.

You don't need tons of credit cards to have good score, even one card with disciplined usage can get you good score.

No. This was the reason I was able to get my first Credit card. Getting your first credit card is always the most difficult part. But I applied for Amazon Pay Later and used it every month and paid on time. After few months I got the option to apply Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card. I applied for it and it got approved within hours without income proof or physical verification. And I got a really good limit as well. After that it way a very smooth ride applying for other bank's credit cards. As all the other banks would provide cards and limit based on my first card. It acts as a point of reference for banks. Basically if I hadn't applied for Pay Later, I would not get to start my credit card journey.
Now I recommend everyone to first apply for Pay Later services and use it for responsibly for few months. Then apply for credit cards.
Also, Credit Mix contributes a lot in calculating your credit score. You should have a mixture of credit cards and loans. In this case Pay Later is considered as a loan and helps in achieving a good credit mix without needing to pay EMIs every month in case of regular loans. Just let it sit there.

Agreed, if you don't have any credit card then this may be the best option to build your credit score.

My suggestion was for Rohit assuming that he already had one CC and then again applied for this pay later thing. But if it's this is first credit likw then no issues.

I have supercard it's fd backed but i needed an unsecured one (for credit mixing) that's why gone for amazon pay later, and i'll use it very sparingly, @Prithi Deb got his first unsecured card by it i hope i also get one by it.

anyways thanks a lot @Prithi Deb @Esmail and @Msingh for your guidence it helped me a lot, i dont think i could have started my credit journey without you guys, your experience is helping me a lot here and i hope it'll guide me in future also.😇😇😇

Same way I did but I went with flipkart pay later as amazon pay later wasn't available for me. Even though I got flipkart pay later but I didn't use it for one time also. Then 6 months ago I've got Amazon pay Icici credit card and now 3 days back I permanently closed flipkart pay later as @Msingh bro said it'll be separate loan entry. I'd suggest you the same what I did after getting cc you close this pay later.
