Docomo to launch tablet manufactured by LG Electronics
According to Nikkei Business Daily, NTT Docomo is likely to launch a tablet with hardware from LG which will run on Google's Android Honeycomb tablet OS.
Media reports suggest the device will likely be launched by March this year, and will have a touchscreen slightly smaller than nine inches. The tablet's specs haven't yet been revealed by the company. NTT Docomo believes its tablet will compete with tablets from Apple as well as Dell, Samsung and Sharp. Tablet users will be able to access the internet using Docomo's cellular connection.
