Recently Started using Bitdefender total security(trial). Is it good bro?

I had bought the 3 year subscription. Used for maybe 1½ - 2 years and then deleted. It felt like it wasn't adding much to the security. Moreover it kept on sending random prompts and pop-ups everyday which was a pain.
