3840×2160 resolutions means uhd/4k..
Whatever we name it either premium HD/fake 4k/Asli4k or in any name the resolutions remains same...
I have already kept the same setting and checked in available all 3 settings too...

Yes, as you said it's streaming in 4k, I have checked using Stats for Nerds as well... Quality is good. Hopefully, they start streaming PL in 4k as well now.

Hotstar Mobile app is also testing the Vertical Presentation as well and has dubbed the Feature as MaxView.

There is a separate feed for the same with minimalistic design especially Graphics.

Ps. Only available on the NZ v Pak match.
