It's beta...
Check by using ordinary Google account..uninstall existing hotstar app and then remove beta Google account..then install hotstar in not beta Google account...

May be a partial/test rollout for non beta users. Even on beta it took sometime to change the UI when the new UI was introduced.It's beta...
Check by using ordinary Google account..uninstall existing hotstar app and then remove beta Google account..then install hotstar in not beta Google account...
