Desktop computer problem

A desktop computer seems to be hacked and the hacker seems to be able to control the computer remotely as
1.the Keyboard stops working
2.Unable to install new programs
3.Computer hangs when certain programs are started
Kindly help and suggest how to
1.identify the hacker
2.Stop this problem

It may be a trojan or a virus.... such problems doesnt always signify a hacked system... There are many malicious viruses which can do both software and hardware damage.. Get a good antivirus solution, if still problem persists, do a system back up and re install operating system...
