SAARC Satellite Likely to be Launched Next Year, Pakistan Agrees to Participate

New Delhi: The South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation (SAARC) is ready with their own friendly bird that could fly as early next year. The Indian Space Research Organisation confirmed yesterday that the eight SAARC countries could get their own special satellite by the end of next year.

Palamau Express derailed this evening after suspected Maoists blew up a stretch of railway tracks in Latehar district but no casualty or injury was reported.

The engine and three coaches of the train going from Barkakana to Patna jumped the rails following the blast, Chhipadohar railway station master R P Bhagotia said.
