Enterprise software firm CRMNEXT has launched India's first cloud based digital CRM platform. The company provides commutable cloud CRM solutions. Nishant Singh, CEO, CRMNEXT said:"We believe technology plays a bigger role now than ever in connecting with the customer on a day-to-day basis. We also believe that the digital customer has taken control of the business and hugely influences process innovation. He expects a seamless transaction anywhere, anytime and anyhow."
The new platform will be a fully customisable solution which offers full mobility access to users. Aimed primarily at the BFSI segment, it gives a single view of all customer engagements at the click of a button. The technology further empowers end-customers to interact with companies with near-zero human intervention.
The company said that the platform upgrades and integrates with outside systems automatically, and can be either be owned on a public or private cloud or on-premise.
CRMNEXT already has existing customers in the financial services space, including banks like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and institutions like Max Life Insurance and Bajaj Auto Finance.
