Experiencing many false positives with this. Almost all the Swiggy delivery person calls are marked as "Suspected Spam". No way to report the error either.
Yes. I have also experienced this with Swiggy delivery person calls. Apart from that Flipkart delivery person calls are also marked as spam.

Seeing it on the iPhone for the first time

I guess the AI is seeing the number calling multiple numbers in a daya and then flagging it suspecting it as a fraud caller.

For the betterment delivery and service industry should jointly with telcos should assign specific numbers for last mile workers like delivery person.

Airtel’s AI-powered spam solution is raising the bar for network security in India. In just two and a half months since its launch, the solution has flagged a staggering 8 billion spam calls and 0.8 billion spam SMSes, safeguarding millions of users from unwanted intrusions. The network identifies over 1 million spammers daily, with Delhi customers receiving the highest number of spam calls.

Personally i have seen Spam calls reducing to max. 1-2 calls in a day after this move from Airtel.Earlier i was so frustrated with Spam calls that i had put my phone in Silence Unknown callers mode so that i don't have to deal with fraud calls.
