NSA should be implemented by all state governments against people attacking/ abusing Government staff like police, medical staff and those running /abetting in running away from hospitals and hiding / abetting in hiding from police / medical staff.

It should be free for economically weaker section of the society. The middle class can bear the cost.

Not middle class. Elite class. Middle class is already suffering from surge in essential items. Also businesses have shut down.

Middle class can definitely afford. Where's the surge in essential supplies / vegetables? I have been buying all the stuff at normal rates.
