I think this is how lockdown should be removed- Let's say In Odisha out of 30 district, 10 districts have positive case. Other 20 districts has zero case. So After April 15 we should relax lockdown on those district while seal other 10 district completely. Now if after 14 days there is no case in those 10 district, then we will relax in those states. In that way we will go step by step. But as a precaution we will put a restriction on religious institution, marriage and all other unnecessary gatherings till May. And ofc school and college should be closed.

I hope that CM Mamata Didi lifts lockdown on or by 15th April, 2020 or else some may die out of mental disbalance.
