Hotstar is run by Star people. Not Disney people. I am pretty sure they didn't even hear about the existence of the show. Write to them. They will definitely add it.

Your Honor Season 2 is not available on Voot. All Fremantle distributed documentaries are gone too. MTV's international shows are gone since over a year. So is most Nickelodeon shows. Voot subscription feels like a waste.
