Marvel's Runaways season 2 & 3 are not available anywhere. Neither on Prime (on which season 1 is available) nor on Disney+Hotstar (Home of Marvel).

Though all 3 seasons are available on Disney+Hotstar in SEA countries (where D+H is available).
