We won 6 trophies in 6 season before Roman bought us. Including Super cup in 1999 against Real Madrid. Chelsea were good even before Roman bought us.

Chelsea were of Aston Villa level before Roman bought it.Winning a FA cup here and there doesn't make you anything other than a respectable mid table team.Competition has moved on and has become only tougher.When was the Carabao cup won by teams other than the traditional top 6 2012-13 -Swansea,FA Cup 2013.It's not like late 90's anymore.
