I do not think it can be controlled like just that. Which ever is connected with internet cannnot be controlled without doing something out of box (China and North Korea for example) so chill as at best they can control only a few main popular apps at best like Netflix and amazon prime or so,, but internet is free ocean, u guys know what i mean!!
