BSNL to Offer Minimum Broadband Speed of 2 Mbps from Oct 1

i have rural combo 650 plan.. website shown upto 2mbps for 1gb after 512kbps. but i used more than 4gb still i get 2mbps speed

The real issue is post FUP must be more than 1MBPs. Currently I am using AirTel BB @ 1449 unlimitted Plan. 8 MBPs till 20 GB n 512 KBPs after that. My son consume 20 GB with in 10 days, n after that we get only 512KBPs which is not good speed.

"BBG COMBO ULD 1445" plan is offering 1mbps after FUP
Upto 2 Mbps till 20 GB, 1 Mbps beyond 20 GB
