Bsnl has shutdown 3g in Our City. I am not getting 3g Network since 15 days. my 399 Rs are getting wasted.

3G shutdown means definitely they have started 4G in your city .. go to BSNL office and upgrade your 3g sim card with 4G.

Don't go for bsnl before checking signal.just recharge for small amount and check for signal.otherwise its waste
