Its almost like someone is making BSNL press the self-destruct button forcefully
 
BSNL is such fraud company.....last month i made recharge of 485( 90 days, 3.7GB/day) but from today they revised their plans without evn informing,now im getting only 1GB/day.....they looted my money

i called them but they said their data plans are revised for all existing & new numbers & from now on i will get only 1GB/day data &for further enquiry i have to go bsnl office

You recharged for 90 days ..
I have done one year recharge On 11th April 2019 I had done BSNL 1699/- plan recharge which Offers 4.2 GB data per day for 365 days .. But now from 1st July I'm getting 2 GB data per day Only.

This is cheating by Bsnl
They have promised 4.2gb data for 1 year but now reduced to 2gb per day

Nobody responded on Twitter .. I have tagged dot , trai, bsnl, telecom minister

Customer care 1503 says we can't do anything .. the plan have changed now.. but my point is I had done recharge 3 months ago at that time I had called cc they told me you'll get 4.2GB per day for one year :(

From today onwards
Validity Voucher -₹81
Validity - 180days(earlier 365days)
Unlimited Voice Loc/Std any network for 15days(earlier 7days)
300SMS for 3 month (100Sms max per day)
Given main Balance -₹0(earlier ₹30)
Data 1GB consumable in 30days.
All other remain same

BTW for which circle is it ? In WB it is saying same 365 days

Normal voice will not reach to their ears, so you can try PG portal. They only understand legal language so first check whether in T&C there is any clause which says they can alter existing users plan if not file case in consumer court for fraud and cheating
