BSNL Broadband Free Calls to BSNL N/W only

From Today onwards,

Bsnl offered free calls to any network will be to only bsnl network from January 1 2013..

I dont know why bsnl is changing all the things recently... they revised sms packs(no free sms offers).. revised call charges(1,1.5 rupees while roaming,1.2p/sec call charges).. they are going to loose customers...
