Band 28A. BSNL network is on band 28B as per your knowledge. Correct me if I am wrong.
Yes that's right. Jio's holding is within the 15 MHz overlap between 28A and 28B so phones supporting either of the two bands can latch on to it. BSNL's holding is purely in 28B and my phone doesn't support that, it only supports 28A.

Why bsnl 4g signal goes off whenever power supply cutt off. When there is power supply , full signal with good inr remains continue. In my area ( up east rural) , i don't knw the exact location of bsnl 4g tower , may be i m getting signal from 4-5 km . But its gives good signal on band 28 even inside home. There is one nearest bsnl tower in my village but its only giving 3g services. I hope 4g services will be start on this tower soon.

So that's disadvantage for you, you won't get BSNL LTE/5G support.

I don't use BSNL so how does it impact me? Not like Jio has a roaming pact with BSNL or anything.
Besides BSNL 4G will be available on 2100 MHz and 2500 MHz band also not just on 700 MHz.
