A copy of the official bulk spectrum allotment letter to BSNL dated 25th April 2025 allotting spectrum across 6 bands in various circles with validity of 20 years up to 24th April 2045. BSNL now has sufficient bandwidth to rollout a stable Pan India 4G network.

Can they use total of 10Mhz in band 1 in Delhi and Mumbai? Because 5Mhz is still in MTNL in these two circles in chart.

Why 10Mhz block of 2500Mhz in Gujarat and Maharashtra is in white for BSNL?

The 5 MHz held by MTNL in Delhi and Mumbai is being used for 3G voice and data services, this is the only network supporting voice for MTNL subscribers since 2G spectrum of 900 MHz expired in 2019 and was not renewed by DoT so this spectrum can't be used by BSNL for 4G. BSNL has 10 MHz in in Delhi in 1800 MHz band and 5 MHz in Mumbai in 2100 MHz band which it can use for 4G as of now.

Why 10Mhz block of 2500Mhz in Gujarat and Maharashtra is in white for BSNL?
Earlier there were only two blocks of 20 MHz available in the 2500 MHz band (2535-2555 and 2635-2655 MHz), one was allotted to BSNL and other was bought by Vi in most circles. BSNL had earlier surrendered it's 2500 MHz spectrum in 8 circles and Dot had put it up for auction and vi bought 30 MHz in Gujarat and Maharashtra circles, so it was allotted a 20 MHz block (2635-2655 MHz) and 10 MHz block (2545-2555 MHz) then DoT reserved that earlier surrendered 20 MHz again for BSNL in these 8 circles but since 1 block of 10 MHz in Gujarat and Maharashtra was bought by Vi already, DoT was only able to reserve 10 MHz in these 2 circles.
Recently DoS vacated an additional 20 MHz carrier Pan India (2615-2635 MHz) and this was contiguous to Vi's existing spectrum in this band, so Vi's frequency allotment was shifted to this new carrier and thus the 10 MHz carrier in Gujarat and Maharashtra was shifted from 2545-2555 to 2635-2645 in these 2 circles thus freeing up that slot for BSNL. But since the cabinet order for BSNL spectrum allocation was passed before this move by DoS, only 10 MHz which had earlier been reserved for BSNL was allotted to it. But in the upcoming auction, Dot will most probably reserve that 10 MHz for BSNL in the 2 circles and put up for sale only the newly vacated spectrum. That's why I have shown the 10 MHz in white as reserved for BSNL.

After installation of 4G in my nearby tower there is weird situation where 4G signals are full and speed is good but, it went very slow after few minutes of usage despite showing full signal.
Most irritating situation for me is that I've to switch 3G manually to use internet whereas, it supposed to do it itself.
Called Customer Care several times they're saying put simcard in first slot, I've done that too but nothing helped.
Anyone else facing same issue with 4G?
