To work Firestick one free HDMI port is enough. Some of the TV's can provide power firestick from its USB port while some TV are not. In my case, Sony Bravia can't able to provide power to fire stick so I have to attach additional power source.

It should work.
This TV has 2 HDMI ports, you can use 1 for Fire Stick and the another 1 for DTH
