What I feel you always say either good about airtel or stay neutral , but hardly said anything negative even if you say you immediately put forward some other points to neutralize it...again if someone say anything bad about "airtel" (trigger keyword 🥲) you jump to that thread to defend airtel

All these point to one thing either you are employee or die hard fanboy of airtel

What if i ask u the reverse question which i have highlighted time and again that many members criticise Airtel or Disney-Star for smallest of things and keep repeating anf exaggerate it to highest level while same things r either ignored pr downplayed for Tata Play, Zee etc

Anyways i have said this time and again, please stop accusing me of wrong things when in reality i just try to correct a false argument put forward or simply answer the query/ question and ask why similar passion goes missing while praising good things of Airtel or Disney-Star or raising negative points of other companies

The tendency to continuously call me as a fanboy or employee of a company rather shows that when there is no answer to points i raise then the simplest way of name calling or wrongly accusing me is opted for many members ..... It indicates the desperation to somehow prove me wrong even though the replies lack actual subject matter but has just loads of unnecessary giving me tags

This above technique is called escapism, when one does not have answers then such things r done.... I am proud that i never indulge in such things and i focus of discussing upon the topic itself
 
Am black customer and i have every rights to write what ever issues am facing in airtel dth. If you take it as biased based am not .responsible for that one.
See my earlier posts, 3 years back, i wrote issues i faced in d2h, while i used d2h at that time.

Yes, everyone has a right to put forward their opinion and forums r meant to discuss on the same so as to help others.....problem is that when without a reason a reply from my side is misinterpreted and then wrong things r said against me.


This is why i said please go thru previous posts to better understand what i was trying to say but u misquoted my words and made it sound something else
 
I need help.i booked dth and wifi in 2nd nov.after repeated call and mail,the wifi and dth installed yesterday and today respectively.But in my Airtel app the wifi is still showing installation is under process.when I asked cc to make black id then they told me that wifi is showing under process so it will take time.when I tried to call airtel airfiber cc my mobile no is telling it is not registered.i don't know what is the reason.can any one one explain

From your message, I suspect Airtel sales team's fault here. They have probably used another mobile number for your connection. I don't know whether that can be an intentional move to generate more commission since you applied through the website, they may not get enough money if fulfill that request.

It can be the reason also why your new connection request is still showing under progress status and CC is unable to locate your details when you call from your number.

Now you should check with the Airtel sales guy who did the KYC stuff for you.

Don't worry bro, at certain times information regarding connection installation or activation gets updated later on so u there is no such issue arising out of same
