Yes, other electronic device returns are still easily accepted and refunds are provided. There is no refund policy on mobiles in Amazon and even to get a replacement, the process is pretty tedious. It's been like this for almost 3 years.
How it was before 3 years? I was not using Amazon before that so asking.
They were giving refunds for mobiles too, no questions asked. There was severe misuse of that and they finally stopped.
