Bros is it possible to use jio phone sim in smartphone ??

PS: Not for Internet use other use calling & sms purpose

Incoming only works i think, outgoing will not work need normal smartphone plan for outgoing to work.

Today switched on my old jio phone...
Strangely even after not used more than 10 months and not recharged all was working as usual... Although it asked to recharge with prime it worked fine...
I was getting Data,calling features were as usual including outgoing and incoming...Even got software update in Data itself...
