I got realme 2 pro, but there is some issue with the bottom of the display (on the navigation keys. Some light greyish tint/patch is there. Its not visible everytime, but when reading from a white background u can make the difference. Will flipkart replace the phone ???

They'll replace, provided their stupid diagnostic app recognizes the issue. Else you might have to visit a service center to get the DOA. Try your luck bro.

How can their app find if the screen has issues ???. Like i can make out the light tint, but someone else may not and its not visible in all backgrounds.
Also they started some new thing where technician visit your house to check the phone.

Amazon is much better in returns, their policy is friendly

Amazon also has their own app, it's equally tough to return a mobile on Amazon. Try raising a return request and see what options you get.

No idea of mobile. But i had bought a Home Theater, was not happy with audio power as my room was big. Returned and got a refund.
