So i want to check whether landline service is available now or not
Check if it says same up or something else on your router admin panel

I want to confirm first then i will order new landline.

Generally, once the ONT is rebooted or freshly started, the Registration Status changes from 'Registering' to 'Up' after a short period. But if your connection was not showing 'Up' earlier, chances are high that the landline service was not live in your area. 😃

I have heard that Airtel needs approval from govt/BSNL side to start landline services in new cities, so if your area recently got the approval, chances are high that the change is related to that only.

I have also observed from your shared screenshot that your VoIP (landline) profile has an IPv4 profile assigned, which is a great thing (why this is good news, I will share below). In short, you don't even need a landline phone and can use softphone services like Zoiper to call from your assigned landline number using a mobile phone or PC instead of requiring a physical landline. ;)

In my case, I have an IPv6 profile assigned for VoIP, which won't be supported on the TP Link third-party GPON routers, and it would require a physical landline to use the landline services. 😔

This is what my ONT's web management looks like for your reference:
