It’s been over 127 days since I relocated my Jio AirFiber connection, but I still haven’t received the relocation refund voucher. Even after reaching out to support, the nodal officer, and on X, there is still no resolution.
Looks like it’s time to switch to Airtel.

Complaint at cpgrams portal to ministry of telecomication.

I am also from valsad, i tried getting a airfiber connection from them under 1111₹ offer in january they made me pay 1000rs and they weren't able to generate a goldpass for me they kept ignoring me after 4-5 days of follow-up. After this i complained at cpgrams portal and the next day i got call from top management from Mumbai to valsad and got my refund within 3 days.

I have registered a complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/, but I haven’t received any response from them and The complaint number is showing as “no data found/deleted.”
And I haven’t received the Jio voucher yet.
However, this month my bill has not been generated, even though my bill cycle date is the 21st.
So I’m happy with that, and Last time, Jio X handle responded that the voucher would be credited after March 31. So let’s see what happens next.

I’m not able for see the Docket number, but have tried to reach support line, they mentioned this docket is in progress.
I do have screenshot and other details. When I submitted complaint and initial response from NCH

For JIO National Consumer Helpline is elephant teeth, i request you to file a complaint on cpgrams portal, mention everything even about the nch complaint, you will surely have a resolution in a day.

Update :poop:

Finally, Jio has fixed my billing issue. They have adjusted the remaining balance in my AirFiber monthly bill directly.
Generally, they provide vouchers that we have to manually redeem based on the bill cycle, but in my case, they added the balance as a credit directly.
