Seeking Help Best Way to Cast Screen to LED TV

Hi, anyone help me to find best cheapest way to cast or stream videos from mobile to tv
I have LG TV [non smart] .
I want to explore cheapest options, basically to stream dowloaded movies to TV, instead of copying to harddrive and playing it...
Not looking for chromecast/firestick as of now..

Buy a bootleg Chromecast device. Sometime available in Flipkart for under ₹2k.

Since you want to cast, it'd be chromecast / android tv box.
However if it's only downloaded content, you can transfer to a USB otg drive and connect that pendrive to pc and view. Easier than hard disk as no pc/other device involved. I do this all the time.
