Best TV Under 30-40K

I searched on Flipkart and narrowed down my search at following 3 models:

LG 32LA6200 32 inches LED TV - LG: Flipkart.com
Samsung UA32F6400AR 32 inches LED TV - Samsung: Flipkart.com
Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W700B 32 inches LED TV - Sony: Flipkart.com

Are these good models? LG and Samsung models also come with 3D, is it worth?

Go for the Videocon model i told you, its much better than LG, Samsung, Sony. I am using it myself and have used Samsung, LG before plus in Videocon u will get 42 inch model for 37000 Rs

You may also try Toshiba Led TVs which plays maximum Video formats. I have Toshiba 2305-39" model and purchased from shop clue is best. So try the same.

OK. I purchased Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W700B model in 41K. Awesome TV and features. It supports almost all video formats such as MP4, MKV, AVI, MPG. It also comes with Screen mirroring feature to see your smartphone screen content on TV screen. It comes with built-in Wi-Fi and 3G USB modem support.
