Go for motog gen2 with LTE at 8999/ redmi 2 prime for 6999/ samsung on5 8999/ lenovo p1m 7999/ all of this are good 4g phones according to me

pros: good camera
decent battery
stock android
cons:
non removable battery

redmi 2 prime @ 6999

pros: good rear camera
loaded with all features at this budget
decent battery one of best phones available for this price.

cons: front camera is not good
you will face voice issue on few phones ( 30% of the phones are facing this issue) if you are lucky you will get one without issues,


samsung on5 @8999
pros: good camera
good battery

cons: no accessory currently availabel for this model as this is new

lenovo p1m @7999

extraordinary battery minimum 2 days of battery
cons:
lacks many sensors.
video is not good,records in 3gp format.
non removable battery

decide on what you want.
