Go for Asus Zenfone 2 Laser,I would have suggested you K3 note but it has high SAR value,so if you talk much on the phone it can be harmful and it also lags in many games due to mediatek chipset,if you can extend your budget to 13K,then you can go for Moto G3 or Asus Zenfone 2 Laser(3GB) variant.
Even meizu and coolpad note 3 are good phones specially coolpad note 3 because it costs you 8K and has 3GB RAM but problem is service centers which are very limited,so my choice is Asus Zenfone 2 Laser :k :k

how is samsung galaxy J7 ? is it better to purchase it or not ?

Samsung J7 has the best screen in budget smartphones as it's amoled display and perfect for multitasking/gaming but problem is that many important sensors are missing in it such as auto brightness sensor,gravitation sensor etc and frankly I hate touchwiz :s :s,but if you can live without these sensors and touchwiz then you can go for it

Shawl Bro touchwiz is the user interface,like in HTC phones there is sense ui,in motorola phones there is stock android/pure android,in asus there is Zen UI,like that Samsung uses it's own interface touchwiz,it doesn't make any difference,it just adds to look and feel,personally I like interface on HTC(sense ui) the best

Samsung uses Exynos processor,the same processor is used in high end Samsung phones like S6,S6 edge,note 5 etc and it's a strong processor that's why J7 doesn't lag even on playing high end games like Nova 3,Mortal Combat X,Asphalt 8 etc with just 1.5 GB RAM :k

Yeah Shawl Bro if you are okay with touchwiz and some of the missing sensors then it's a very good buy,specially in screen.battery and performance
For pros and cons you can check the below video and decide,but from my side you should go with it if you are not worried about sensors

why no one suggesting xiaomi?

Xiaomi has only two phones in the range of 10K - 14K,those are MI4i and Mi4
Mi4i is just a certified heater even on normal usage you can check it's reviews anywhere,it was a flop device from Xiaomi
Mi4 is a great device in the price bracket of 13K-14K but it doesn't have 4G that I believe is a must in today's phone's that's why I didn't suggested Xiaomi
