Same Case Was Reported In My Area...But For Daikin.

Go for Mitsubishi airconditioners GN series , 5 star, you should get an 1.5 ton for around 43k. these japanese companies are good, daikin i heard the manufacturing is in india from last 2 yrs, the issues are cropping up.

GN is inverter series. GK is non-inverter series.

And what you said about Daikin is correct. They are making in India and are unable to maintain the same standard.
