He is good for ODI cricket. Test cricket is challenging. He will get mature and we can select him at 25-26. Right now he is too raw for test cricket. Against Australian/Proteas/English attack he will suffer badly. Shaikh Rasheed should be groomed to replace Pujara.

Shaw is not bad in home condition test but he failed in away test
Eishwaran should get chance i feel first coz he is very close to get debut even we always overlook sarfaraz but he dine quite well but his rcb or franchise cricket performance never give him chance

Shaw should 1st need to find his place in t20i and after rohit retire he can set into odi setup

Sorry both T20I and ODI format after WC of ODI. You cannot change a team when there is less than 6-7 months remaining for WC. We already started building up new players for T20WC. Everything is going right except one or two back up batsman. One fast bowler back up.
