I think Camera2API enabled in this update. I enabled it manually in Pie but after resetting phone it should have been removed but it is still working.

Camera2Api was officially enabled by them in Android 9 itself. They did it secretly. They didn't even mention it in the Changelog.

Many users have reported this issue. While it is working for some users.

Try resetting again. Or move back to Pie till Stable version is out.

Updated manually. After this update my pin code wasn't matching when I had restarted my phone first time. Hard reset my phone

In this update sound level went down.

I also had this issue. Asus officially provided zip to downgrade. But i already reset my device. Few bugs. Camera major improvement.
