Yes... everyone is facing this issue. The only way out of this is doing a reset.

So Asus has finally updated their website. This is supposed to be a Beta Update. And Stable update will be out soon.

Try this bro: ASUS Dolby

•Install it as a normal apk.
•Open it & then Close.
•Open any Music Player.
•Go to Equalizer Settings & Select Dolby.

I think Camera2API enabled in this update. I enabled it manually in Pie but after resetting phone it should have been removed but it is still working.
