Crunchyroll has announced that, in coordination with Sony Pictures and Wild Bunch International, it will release Makoto Shinkai’s upcoming movie Suzume no Tajimari (working title) globally (excluding Asia) in early 2023!

Crunchyroll will distribute the movie in North America, with Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment distributing the film in Latin America, South America, Australia/New Zealand, the Middle East, Africa and portions of Europe. Crunchyroll, Sony Pictures and Wild Bunch International will distribute the film in French- and German-speaking Europe.

In india thanks to Indian anime fans petition makoto shinkai's weathering with you anime movie was released in theatres in India in 2019 and even director himself came in Delhi in private screening .so the new movie would definitely release in Indian theatres as well may be pvr or some other company would be doing distribution here.

No dubs as of now.
Japanese audio with English, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian subtitles is available.

Maybe D+ Original animes will get English dub and will be released later in US and European regions.

Meanwhile D+ Australia and NZ added BRS: Dawn Fall anime (Week new episode pattern).
