Same as happened with second Chennai airport project locations moving all around chennai such as Parandur, Arakkonam, Sriperumbudur, Madurantakam, Gummidipoondi and near Chengalpattu

But what we get is a 5 screen PVR theater for transit passenger in the multi level parking lot for the airport that doesn't have proper entry and exit at domestic Arrival T1.
