Not possible bro... Because there is like a district or two between andhra borders and hyderabad....
And Telangana people don't like that... Because if they share revenues of hyderabad Telangana will badly hurt because it is their biggest source of income...
Infact most andhra people doesn't want it either...
The government can run smoothly without any issues... Previous government already developed some basic capital city infrastructure which fills all the basic needs of a state to run...
The city can slowly develop like all current big metro cities... Nobody can't build an entire city over night...
As I said there is no confusion about capital amravati is announced everybody happy with it...
Even current C.M accepted it happily at that time as a opposition leader...
