It will be available soon.
I got it last night. Didn't even have to update the app.
The feature is in the app, they are just rolling it out for select users at the moment.

After allowing profiles they should also allow simultaneous streams like Netflix allows, only then it makes sense.

Simultaneous streams already exists.
You can stream on upto 3 Devices Simultaneously.
