But there is still not the flexibility to choose what these devices can be. There is a monthly limit on the removal of devices too, which makes no sense to users. Only two devices can be removed in one month.

There are subscribers who need to remove devices if TVs malfunction or there is some other necessity, and still cannot change the devices until the monthly limit crosses.

Netizens complain that the ‘Devices Limit Reached’ policy is impractical as there are some families that have more family members and they will have to take two or three subscriptions for that.

Have received the same problem as others. I called customer care and requested them reset the devices yesterday and they told me that first two devices to access first will be locked and I cannot add or change again.

I accessed my Jio Set top box and Fire stick immediately. Both worked fine.

Today the same Set top box showing up twice and I'm unable to use in Fire stick.

When I called customer care, they're simply asking me to wait for 30 days.

What kind of restriction is this? I'm suffering for a technical issue at their end.

I think we should not sign up for Prime Video version. For me Prime for Amazon shopping is more than enough.

Going back to the old days!
Similar case for me also. One day worked and next day didn't work. They are asking to wait 30 days. Highly disappointed.

I removed 24 devices during the start of month

Offtopic: Amazon Pay also gets logged out daily. It is linked to Bank Account based on the linked RMN for that bank account and used by 1 person. Then why Amazon pay also gets logged out frequently?

There's a difference between removing devices & removing them from Access to Prime
