I removed 22 devices yesterday didnt know who had logged in or which device it was showing 1st Android Device 2nd Android Device etc upto 20th Android Device + 2 TV and 1 Jio HD Box

However finding which device is which is going to be a headache
Yes, this problem is for real.

Amazon doesn't store the actual device name and names them as 1st, 2nd, 3rd Android Device etc. We have an option to rename devices as per our choice but who does that anyways!

I had till 20th Android Device yesterday so you could say it was easy to find out.

All I had to do was find 1 in 20🤪🤪🤪🤪

Have received the same problem as others. I called customer care and requested them reset the devices yesterday and they told me that first two devices to access first will be locked and I cannot add or change again.

I accessed my Jio Set top box and Fire stick immediately. Both worked fine.

Today the same Set top box showing up twice and I'm unable to use in Fire stick.

When I called customer care, they're simply asking me to wait for 30 days.

What kind of restriction is this? I'm suffering for a technical issue at their end.

I think we should not sign up for Prime Video version. For me Prime for Amazon shopping is more than enough.

Going back to the old days!

OTT platforms are becoming greedy day by day.. Real meaning of number of devices mentioned in plan details has come to light now. No OTT platform will provide Single Device plan with 4k and Dolby Atmos support.. Rather, they force us to go for premium plans citing maximum number of devices accessible at a time with a catch to get hold of. Few days before, happened to come across Zee5 plan, which is based on regional language, but offers 4k and Dolby Atmos support for single device at lesser price.
