Zoom option doesn't work for TV Shows. It only works for Movies. My device has 18:9 aspect ratio. While watching Netflix or Hotstar, I can just Zoom any 16:9 video to fit into 18:9. But in Prime Video it doesn't work. Even the shows that are literally shot in 18:9 (The Boys, Made In Heaven, etc) doesn't play in 18:9... instead they play with black bars on Left & Right as well as Top & Bottom. Which looks awful (check screenshots). It degrades the whole watching experience.

just tried to check out the shows you mentioned. It is pretty sad that Prime isn't bothered about how bad it looks. i tried watching it on my PC and it looks just as bad except black bars are not there on sides. I've told this multiple times that in terms of overall user experience netflix can't be matched with any service. I love prime video but this is unacceptable. Watching Seinfeld is always hard for me because of this.

Not only bad .. because of thiss issue Even i ll not prefer to watch one episode of my favourite show if it's available on amazon prime vedio.. this is unacceptable and very irritating

exactly... this feels really annoying.. nowadays I only use Prime Video on Mobile for watching Movies.. because TV Shows are unwatchable like this..
I reported this issue to the Customer Care several times... and in response, everytime they say that "We are working on it and have forwarded your concern to the Development team". They have been saying this for several months. It's like they aren't bothered at all. Nowadays, most people have migrated to 18:9 phones or phones with notches. Amazon is still in 2017.

Also, Total time has been replaced by remaining time (like Netflix)
