We (retail pharmacies) against online pharmacies. 😠😠😠
Yeah ok for electronics , fashion & grocery but pharmacy bit over IMO

But Anna maximum person will buy offline pharmacy only due to trust take me as a example till now i never such online pharmacy leave it online pharmacy I never ordered any medicine via phone call in offline stores too coz we can't lazy and careless on our health 😎

Many shops give 10% off as a regular discount but there is 20% off on bulk order of more than 1000Rs. Would like to see Amazon pharmacy launching in other states and have some more offers for bulk orders.
Why all running behind of these types of pharmacy for offer... Here you note a point. In my pharmacy a person buy a medicine for ₹20 . I give 10%. If a poor customer go to these types, he give them 200/-. So only he gets 10%. They are cheating the people.

How you get profit then 😱
As a common man U cant even imagine the profit in medicines....
Recently my relative Doctor prescribed a tablet priced MRP 3200/- for 10 tabs...Also he told to contact his close Medical Representative ....So we bought from him....He took rs 1400/-
Now calculate the profit....
The pharmacy owner said as they r selling @2900/- for close friends

I agree, Even one of my friends owns a medical shop and he easily gets 20-25% minimum profits.

Rushil and Bhat Bros, Doctors getting much profit. But we like pharmacy not. Commonly we get 20% margin in ethical products. There are much profit in surgical items. I don't purchase. Nowadays doctors are running pharmacy inside the hospitals. And only don't calculate margin by purchasing. There are expiry, cuttings, damage, etc....4 years back I got 25 easily. But now only 16-18 only.

20-25% is fair enough...I know that u won't get 50% in every medicines...
AFAIK expiry dated medicines got returned with original bought prices or replaced free...So no issues for pharmacy owners....I heard that the expired
Janaushadhi medicines not taken back and owner has to suffer the loss...I do t know exactly...
AFAIK Every Doctor gets the incentive for prescribed medicines, lab tests...
In my District very few pharmacy gives 2-5 % discount for known buyers only...
So now I am buying mostly online and getting 25% discounts..

Me too not supporting this online
Also we r opposing giving unlimited discounts upto 20% now which is killing business (online and offline)
Public don't know inside secret how they r giving discounts as we know
Discount on certain medicines acceptable nt all medicines
Also discount upto 20 or more is disaster
