Yes you are right, this would apply in this case. But one correction, single product should cost more than Rs.6000 (not applicable if multiple products are there with none costing above 6000 and total is above 6000. example, 3000 + 3500).

Some confusion between order vs product, single order can have multiple products but anyways product in this case costs more than 6000 so it should work.
