Unfortunately, I'm not able to activate cast option on myy tab2. Maybe any software bug.

Bro, first make sure that your tab2 supports miracast. He is talking about miracast and you said that you've installed custom rom that's why you are seeing cast option but it's isn't working might be your phone isn't supports it.

chromecast is compatible with almost all devices and if you got chromecast you can try it might work but I don't think you can mirror your phone to tv using firestick.
Because chromecast works like casting audio and videos to tv... but screen mirroring works like a wireless hdmi connection
