Yes i have install jiotv version 4 which was working properly but now with mandatory update to version5 of jio tv from jio made worst it crash and version 4 dont support always get update msg on screen and i have posted image also on this thread of jiotv ver4.

If you need , I can remove the mandatory update on Jio TV 4 , you can send me the file ... If you need

The 2nd generation Fire TV Stick, released in 2016, currently cannot be rooted regardless of what software version is on the device.
The good news is you do not need to be rooted to sideload apps like Kodi. Sideloading does NOT require rooting.

Bro dont install in mobile it will show mandatory update you directly install on fire tv stick via fire2app you wont find any issue and ya you need mouse toggle without that it cant be used

and sideload the apk in your stick.
