Amazon Cheated me....

Hi..

This is about the worst and bitter experience which was faced by me with Amazon

I thought of taking a Home theater and checked with Amazon Customer care that can I opt for COD and swipe the card when the delivery comes ( just paying by card, instead of paying cash ) They said " yes sir you can make the payment as you like"

I ordered by trusting the customer care, after 3 days I have checked with GATI the carrier of the shipment about delivery date and mode of payment and shocked to know that they wont alloe card swipes "only COD" is possible, immediately I contacted AMAZON customer care and Mr. Ashish, he said that the facility is available only if the shipment was handled by "ATS" ( Amazon Transportation services.) and not for the shipments sent via "GATI".

Did I asked Amazon team to send the shipment via "GATI", Please suggest me what can I do, when I had a chat with Amazon customer care they are suggesting to order the same item again using creditcard with a cost difference of 5K

Its completely fraud....DONT ORDER VIA AMAZON ITS A FRAUD, no transparency
